Uplers is Looking for:
The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will handle all video and graphic design requirements for Mavlers and will be an independent contributor. Core responsibilities include editing recorded videos into engaging content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, as well as implementing and analysing them.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end handling of video editing and graphic design for recorded videos repurposed for social media.
- Create long-form content for YouTube and short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Design graphics like thumbnails, banners, and social media posts to complement videos and enhance engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across platforms.
- Work independently, including identifying the most impactful timestamps from recorded videos (e.g., Q&A/Webinars) for engaging short clips and teasers.
- Develop videos and graphics that resonate with audiences, turning everyday recordings into shareable, viral-worthy content.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Strong creative and technical skills in both video editing and graphic design.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and deliver high-quality content without constant supervision.
Education, Expertise & Experience:
- 3+ years in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media video creation (long-form and short-form).
- Understanding of the marketing industry and its trends.
