JOB TITLE: VIDEO EDITOR & GRAPHICS DESIGNER

JOB LOCATION: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site) - Full Time

SALARY OFFER: 35,000 – 40,000 per month (can go up to 55,000 based on skills, creativity )

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Video Editor & amp; Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is

a dual-role position — the ideal candidate will own the full creative pipeline, from raw footage editing and

motion graphics to brand visuals and social media assets. You will collaborate closely with content,

marketing, and social media teams to deliver high-quality visual output across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other platforms

Add motion graphics, transitions, lower thirds, text overlays, and visual effects

Sync audio, color-correct, and color-grade footage to maintain brand consistency

Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for each platform

Manage video assets, project files, and maintain an organized media library

Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and videographers for shoot requirements

Graphic Design

Design static and animated creatives for social media, ads, emailers, and campaigns

Develop brand materials — banners, posters, thumbnails, infographics, and presentations

Create templates for recurring content formats to ensure consistency

Design UI assets, website banners, and digital collateral as required

Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity across all touchpoints

Collaboration & Coordination

Brief and coordinate with external editors, freelancers, and agency partners

Review and provide feedback on all video and design output before publishing

Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards

Stay updated on trends in design, video, and social media content

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design

A strong portfolio demonstrating both video and design work

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Figma

Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Good communication skills and ability to take creative direction

Basic knowledge of social media platform specifications and content best practices
