Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Rajkot with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end editing for a variety of content, including brand videos, social media reels, promotional films, and campaign assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, organizing media, cutting and refining sequences, adding transitions, sound, and effects, and preparing final deliverables optimized for different platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with creative directors, designers, and social media strategists to align video outputs with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Video Editor will also contribute ideas for visual storytelling, maintain consistent quality across projects, and stay updated on trends in short-form and digital-first video content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and exporting for multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to enhance mood, maintain visual consistency, and adapt looks to brand requirements.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animated elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of social media formats, vertical and short-form content, and best practices for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior agency or production house experience is a plus.
