Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, applying transitions, and refining narrative flow.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to adjust lighting, color balance, and visual tone for consistent, professional output.
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating or integrating animated titles, lower-thirds, and visual assets.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
