Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Video Editor Executive with 23 years of professional experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will produce high-quality video content for digital platforms (social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications) by working closely with creative leads, designers, and content strategists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing, and corporate use.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Perform color correction, grading, and sound mixing to enhance video quality.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring correct formats, aspect ratios, and resolution.
  • Manage project timelines, adhere to brand guidelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain organized project files, version control, and archives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, social media) to understand requirements and feedback.
  • Assist in quality control, ensuring consistency in style, pacing, and technical standards.
  • Keep up with video editing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 23 years of hands-on video editing experience in a creative or production environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and platform-specific standards.
  • Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
  • Experience with color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
  • Attention to detail and high standards for video quality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
  • Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Good communication and feedback-receiving ability.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of motion graphics, templates, or simple animations.

Experience in social media content creation.

Understanding of YouTube & Instagram video guidelines.
