The Oz Studios is looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who excels in high-energy, visually engaging event promos, with a strong grasp of edit pacing, motion graphics, music editing, and overall packaging aesthetics. This role requires efficient workflows for quick turnaround times while maintaining exceptional quality. You'll be working closely with the Creative Director and Project Manager to bring event promos to life, ensuring that every edit meets high creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-impact event promo videos that are visually dynamic and engaging.
• Match or exceed the energy and visual quality seen in this reference reel.

• Craft dynamic pacing and rhythm that holds audience attention from start to finish.
• Edit and sync music effectively to amplify energy and emotional impact.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in editing high-quality event promo videosyour portfolio must showcase fast-paced, high-energy edits with strong motion graphics integration.
• Expertise in Premiere Pro & After Effects (knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus).
• Ability to execute quick turnarounds without compromising quality.
• A strong eye for typography, color grading, and visual coherence.
• Experience with audio editing and sound design to complement visuals effectively.
• Ability to adapt to last-minute changesa crucial skill in the events industry.
• Experience working with event-based content is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
