Video Editor

Designation: Senior Specialist-Video and Graphic Creator.

Base Location: Navi Mumbai.

Role Purpose:

In this role, you will translate complex operations into clear, compelling visuals that drive understanding, support overall communications and strengthen brand credibility. The role is to simplify supply chain solutions, showcase value, and create content that influences decision-making and strengthens business growth. Your assets will ensure that key messages land quickly, thereby increasing the chances that content is actually consumed and engaged with.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Basic Video Editing and Graphic creation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, Synthesia, CorelDraw and other software solutions and AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
• Graphic designing for social media and website
• Leading the social media calendar from a creative standpoint
• Creating graphic elements, including typography, illustrations, logos, and icons, to be integrated into projects and deliverables
• Integrating motion graphics seamlessly into video footage and editing the final video for cohesive storytelling and enhancing overall visual quality
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects for internal and external platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment
• Complete ownership of projects with minimal supervision
• Ensure consistent visual identity by adhering to established brand guidelines
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, AI advancements, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative quality
• Basic understanding of customer understanding and storytelling in a B2B environment.

Stakeholder Management & Governance:

• Corporate Communications along with the Business Units
• Global Brand and the Creative Studio

Skills & Competencies:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Synthesia, CorelDraw
• AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
• Understanding of customer needs and storytelling in a B2B environment
• Graphic designing and experience of working on social media

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Pre-requisite qualifications from a reputed institute.
