We're looking for a Video Editor who understands pacing, storytelling, and the small details that make content work. Someone who doesn't just assemble clips but thinks about why a cut is made, where a hook lands, and how an audience will respond.

What we are looking for:

• 13 years of experience editing social-first content (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a Plus
• A strong sense of narrative flow, timing, and audience retention
• Comfort working with deadlines and structured timelines
• Ability to support or guide interns and junior editors when needed
• Chennai-based and fluent in Tamil & English

What you will be doing:

• Editing short-form and long-form content for brands and creators
• Working closely with founders and the internal team to understand content goals
• Suggesting improvements in pacing, hooks, and structure
• Keeping projects organized with clean file management and exports
• Contributing to a team environment where quality and reliability matter

Salary: 2-3LPA

Freshers can also apply, provided you have strong prior work related to editing (freelance projects, internships, personal projects, agency work, etc.) and a solid portfolio to showcase your skills.
