Hiring: E-commerce Video Editor (On-site, India) to join a cross-functional creative & performance team and own end-to-end video production for paid and organic channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-performing short-form social videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) optimized for retention and conversion.
- Create product demos, hero brand films, UGC edits, and multiple ad variations tailored to platform specs and A/B test hypotheses.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, captions, animated overlays, and product callouts to enhance clarity and CTR.
- Perform color correction and grading, audio cleanup and mixing; prepare masters and platform-specific exports (aspect ratios, codecs).
- Collaborate tightly with performance marketers, content producers, and creative leads to iterate on ad creative based on metrics and feedback.
- Maintain project organizationversion control, asset management and timely delivery using review tools and production workflows.
