Key Responsibilities:- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into well-crafted, high-quality videos for various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Videography: Shoot and capture high-quality video content, including farm visits, product shots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Short-form Content Creation: Produce engaging Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts to enhance our social media presence.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to bring video concepts to life while ensuring they align with our brand and messaging.
- Post-production: Add effects, transitions, audio, and captions to enhance the overall video quality.
- Platform Optimization: Optimize video content for specific social media platforms, including adjusting aspect ratios, formats, and durations to maximize engagement.
Required Skills & Knowledge:- Video Editing Tools: Basic proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, and other video editing tools.
- Videography: Familiarity with shooting video content, basic camera operation, and lighting techniques.
- Creative Eye: Ability to transform raw footage into engaging and polished video content.
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the creative team and take feedback for continuous improvement.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality, from color grading to sound mixing and final editing touches.
Qualifications:- Experience: 02 years in video editing and videography (portfolio or samples required).
- Education: A degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop (or similar editing software).
