CreatorFlux Media is an exclusive digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end to end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions & creator-led content IP development. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators - particularly those from non-metro regions - gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.

As a Video Editor at CreatorFlux, you will create engaging, social-first video content for creators and brands, shaping stories that connect with audiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social media platforms, content IPs, and marketing initiatives.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with creator personas, brand objectives, and platform-specific content styles.
- Post-Production: Enhance videos through color correction, sound design, motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to deliver polished final outputs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creators, creative strategists, account managers, and internal teams to understand briefs and deliver content aligned with CreatorFlux's creative vision.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize videos for various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other digital channels.
- Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive video assets, ensuring version control and easy accessibility.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, creator formats, editing styles, and platform best practices to continuously elevate content quality.
- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 35 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within influencer marketing, digital media, or content-driven environments.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital, social-first, and storytelling-driven video content.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Creative Eye: Strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling, with the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful videos.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, compression techniques, and platform-specific requirements.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving project needs.
