Video Editor / Creative Director

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Video Editor / Creative Director to join our team at Treva. This is a full-time, Work From Office role based at our Vijaynagar, Bengaluru office.

As a Video Editor / Creative Director, you will be the creative force behind our video content — from ideation to final delivery. You will own the entire creative process, turning ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept creation and develop creative ideas for video campaigns and brand content

• Create detailed storyboards and visual scripts to bring concepts to life

• Edit high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

• Perform professional colour grading using DaVinci Resolve to ensure cinematic quality

• Produce and edit AI-powered videos using the latest AI video tools and platforms

• Stay up to date with AI video generation tools and incorporate them into the creative workflow

• Tell compelling stories through video — ensuring every piece of content has a clear narrative arc

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align video content with brand goals

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Creative Director

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (colour grading)

• Hands-on experience working with AI video tools and AI-generated content

• Strong storyboarding and concept creation skills

• A deep understanding of visual storytelling and narrative structure

• Ability to take a concept from script/storyboard all the way through to the final edited video

• An eye for detail, aesthetics, and creative direction

• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and creative direction work

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
