We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can design engaging visuals and manage social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing creatives for social media, ads, emailers, website banners, and marketing materials.
- Design static and basic motion creatives (GIFs/videos) as per campaign requirements.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Work closely with marketing and performance teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts.
Social Media Management
- Manage and handle day-to-day social media activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. )
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create captions, hashtags, and post copies aligned with brand tone.
- Schedule and publish posts using relevant tools.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely manner.
Content And Strategy
- Research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams for content planning and execution.
- Track performance of posts and suggest improvements.
Analytics And Reporting
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
- Prepare basic performance reports for social media campaigns.
- Optimise content strategy based on insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Good copywriting skills for social media content.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
