Role Description

This is a full-time remote Video Editor position for someone who understands that editing is not just about visuals, it's about performance and impact. including:

Educational long-form YouTube content

High-retention talking head videos

Lifestyle & raw documentary-style founder content

Performance-driven eCommerce ads

The ideal candidate knows how to produce minimal, luxury-style edits with subtle motion graphics that enhance, not distract from the message. Clean pacing, strong hooks, intentional visual storytelling, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). After Effects is a plus.

Relevant editing experience is required. Applicants without a strong portfolio will not be considered.

Good understanding of social media trends, modern editing styles, and platform-specific content formats.

Ability to work in a team, learn from senior creatives, and adapt quickly.

Fast learner with strong grasping power and attention to detail.

Knowledge of online video optimization and audience behavior.

Familiarity with AI tools for editing is a plus.

Reliable, deadline-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
