Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who can own video production for ContextQA's marketing and brand initiatives. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create short-form videos, product walkthroughs, webinar edits, founder clips, and social media content that is clean, engaging, and optimized for performance.
Graphic design skills are a plus, but the primary focus of this role is strong video editing and storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
- Create product demos, webinar highlights, founder clips, and event recap videos
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form reels and snippets
- Add captions, transitions, motion elements, sound design, and branding to videos
- Work with screen recordings, voiceovers, and product walkthroughs
- Maintain consistency in visual style and pacing across all content
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in video editing/content production
- Strong understanding of short-form content and B2B/SaaS style editing
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail
- Motion graphics/animation experience is a plus
- Basic graphic design skills are a bonus, not mandatory
Bonus Points
- Experience editing for SaaS, tech, or startup brands
- Familiarity with LinkedIn-first content formats
- Experience with motion graphics and animations
