We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Video Editor & Content Producer to lead end-to-end execution of weekly content production for the Founder and the brand.

This role involves professional on-ground shooting, high-quality editing, and timely delivery of content across Instagram and YouTube.

• Conduct weekly shoots with the Founder (talking-head, lifestyle, BTS)
• Manage camera setup, lighting, audio, framing, and composition
• Capture high-quality footage aligned with brand standards

• Edit vertical short-form videos and YouTube-style long-form content
• Create reels, authority carousels, and branded visual assets
• Ensure error-free subtitles, pacing, sound, and overall production quality
• Maintain organized raw and edited folders in shared drives

• Follow the weekly content calendar with strict adherence to timelines
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, transitions, and subtitle styles
• Implement content strategies shared by the Content Lead

• Coordinate shoot availability with the Founder (Delhi)
• Share daily progress updates and weekly status reports
• Follow standardized file-naming and workflow documentation

• 24 years of experience in video production and editing
• Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in camera handling, lighting, and on-ground shoot mechanics
• Ability to edit engaging vertical content (Instagram & YouTube)
• Strong storytelling, visual judgement, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) is preferred

• Must be based in Delhi with availability for regular onsite shoots
• Strong portfolio demonstrating reels, talking-head videos, and branded edits
• Ability to manage multiple weekly deliverables with reliability and ownership
• Prior experience producing content for founders/influencers/brands is advantageous
