Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our Influencer Marketing team. You'll play a key role in shaping raw creator content into engaging, platform-optimized videos for brand campaigns across social media. This role requires speed, creativity, and a strong understanding of short-form content trends.

You'll collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Campaign Management teams to deliver high-impact videos that align with brand objectives and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit influencer and brand footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music as required.
  • Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, creative briefs, and platform specifications.
  • Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic visual enhancements.

Content Adaptation & Optimization
  • Repurpose long videos into multiple short-form cuts (Reels/Shorts/Ads).
  • Optimize aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and file formats per platform.
  • Create multiple edit versions for A/B testing when required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Influencer Marketing Managers, Scriptwriters, and Creative Strategists to understand campaign objectives.
  • Incorporate client feedback and internal revisions quickly and accurately.
  • Support campaign timelines by delivering edits within tight deadlines.

Asset Management
  • Maintain organized project folders and version control.
  • Manage raw footage, exports, and creative assets efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 14 years of experience in video editing (agency or creator economy experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.
  • Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content.
  • Basic motion graphics and subtitle styling knowledge is a plus.
  • Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
