Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Video Editor specializing in long-form content for a full-time, on-site position in Surat. You will edit engaging YouTube videos, documentaries, and long-form brand content that captivates audiences from start to finish. Collaborate with our creative team to craft compelling narratives, maintain viewer engagement, and deliver polished videos that align with brand objectives and YouTube best practices.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional video editing experience, specifically in long-form content
• Must work on-site in Surat (remote/hybrid not available)
• Proven experience editing YouTube videos (10+ minutes) and long-form content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure for long-form videos
• Experience with YouTube optimization (thumbnails, chapters, retention strategies)
• Knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, and audio enhancement
• Ability to create engaging hooks, transitions, and maintain viewer retention
• Familiarity with motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with documentary-style or educational content is a plus
