At GrowitUp, we help creators, entrepreneurs, and brands scale through strategic content and high-performing video production. As we continue expanding, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands:

• Storytelling and pacing
• Retention-focused editing
• Modern YouTube and social media trends
• Audience psychology and engagement

What You'll Do

• Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos
• Create fast-paced Shorts/Reels with strong hooks
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and transitions
• Improve watch time and audience retention through smart editing

What We are looking for

• Strong understanding of YouTube-style editing
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After effect
• Good sense of music, timing, and storytelling
• Ability to work with deadlines and feedback
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
