Requirements
- Min 5 years of Exp in editing short videos.
- Edit high-quality videos for:
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts & Long-form videos
Facebook & LinkedIn content
Admission campaigns & brand videos
Event highlights, podcasts, testimonials, and campus shoots
- Create engaging short-form content with strong hooks, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.
- Work closely with the Social Media teams for campaign execution.
- Handle color correction, sound design, background music, subtitles, and basic VFX.
- Create platform-specific edits optimized for engagement and performance.
- Maintain fast turnaround time during admission campaigns and events.
- Manage video assets, footage libraries, and project files properly.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, editing styles, meme formats, and AI-based video tools.
- Should be able to finish daily targets of edits
- Should be conversant with social media video trends
- MUST be great in creating stylized text in After Effects
- Must be conversant with Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop
- Great at visualization and sense of aesthetics in shot and stock selection
