Requirements

• Min 5 years of Exp in editing short videos.
• Edit high-quality videos for:

Instagram Reels

YouTube Shorts & Long-form videos

Facebook & LinkedIn content

Admission campaigns & brand videos

Event highlights, podcasts, testimonials, and campus shoots

• Create engaging short-form content with strong hooks, transitions, captions, and motion graphics.
• Work closely with the Social Media teams for campaign execution.
• Handle color correction, sound design, background music, subtitles, and basic VFX.
• Create platform-specific edits optimized for engagement and performance.
• Maintain fast turnaround time during admission campaigns and events.
• Manage video assets, footage libraries, and project files properly.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, editing styles, meme formats, and AI-based video tools.
• Should be able to finish daily targets of edits
• Should be conversant with social media video trends
• MUST be great in creating stylized text in After Effects
• Must be conversant with Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop
• Great at visualization and sense of aesthetics in shot and stock selection
