We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a full-time Video Editor. This on-site role is based in Kanpur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content for our platforms, ensuring high-quality audio-visual output, collaborating with content creators, and contributing to the editing and post-production process to deliver impactful videos aligned with our mission.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of video editing workflows, color grading, and sound editing
• Skill in storytelling, pacing, visual design, and creating engaging content
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, and after-effects tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment, framing, and cinematography concepts
• Ability to meet deadlines, work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to editing
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle fast-paced projects
• A portfolio demonstrating prior video editing work
• Educational background in media, film production, or a related field will be an added advantage
