About Us

Bombay Musk is a growing D2C fragrance and lifestyle brand focused on creating engaging products and experiences for modern consumers.

We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging content for social media, advertisements, product launches, and brand campaigns.

What You'll Work On:

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
  • Create high-retention videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
  • Edit product videos, UGC, influencer content, and lifestyle shoots.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and other relevant elements.
  • Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
  • Work closely with the social media and creative team on content requirements.
  • Turn creative briefs and raw footage into polished final videos.
  • Study trending video formats and editing styles and apply them to brand content.
  • Organise and manage video assets, project files, and footage efficiently.
  • Deliver content within deadlines while maintaining consistent brand quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably with a D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer brand.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Good understanding of short-form content and social media editing.
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual flow.
  • Ability to edit UGC, talking-head, product, lifestyle, and performance marketing videos.
  • Understanding of formats required for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of music selection, sound design, captions, and visual effects.

Good to Have

  • After Effects and motion graphics skills.
  • Basic colour grading and sound mixing.
  • Experience editing performance marketing creatives.
  • Experience with product shoots and D2C brands.
  • Basic understanding of photography and camera footage.
  • Ability to create simple thumbnails and static creatives.
