Bforbranding Is Hiring: In-House Video Editor (Personal Brand)

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Location: Virar West

Aries is building a strong personal brand and content ecosystem, and we're looking for an in-house video editor who understands storytelling, branding, and modern content formats—not just cuts and transitions.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the company, not a short freelance gig.

Tools You Must Know

Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)

After Effects (basic text animation and motion graphics)

Canva (for quick designs, thumbnails, and layouts)

AI tools like ChatGPT, Descript, or similar (a plus)

Google Drive, Frame.io, Notion, or similar workflow tools

Key Responsibilities

Edit long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts)

Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Instagram videos)

Add sound design, pacing, and clean transitions

Create engaging text animations and subtitles

Repurpose long videos into high-retention short clips

Understand and apply hooks, mid-retention tactics, and CTAs

Optimize videos for Instagram and YouTube

Maintain consistent brand style and quality

Work closely with the content and strategy team

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You only know basic cuts and trims

You don't care about branding or storytelling

You struggle with feedback or revisions

You want only short-term freelance work

You're not interested in learning and experimenting
