WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit and assemble videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, product launches, and educational content.

• Create engaging short-form and long-form content that captures attention and improves audience retention.

• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, visual effects, and dynamic storytelling elements to enhance content quality.

• Transform market insights, investing concepts, and financial education topics into highly engaging visual narratives.

• Build motion graphics for app walkthroughs, charts, data visualizations, and product explainers.

• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Replit, Hera, Nano Banana, Descript, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, and emerging platforms.

• Generate AI-assisted B-roll, voiceovers, visual assets, captions, and content variations to accelerate production workflows.

• Assist in studio operations including camera handling, lighting setups, and recording sessions.

• Perform colour correction, sound design, quality checks, and final polishing before publishing.

• Collaborate closely with content creators, marketers, designers, and product teams from ideation to final delivery.

• Stay ahead of editing trends, social media formats, storytelling techniques, and creator economy best practices.

Skills Required

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form content.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (After Effects expertise is mandatory).

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, and related creative tools.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Hera, Nano Banana, Replit, Descript, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.

• Experience with camera handling, lighting setups, and basic production workflows.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual hierarchy, and audience retention.

• Ability to identify trends and adapt content formats for different social media platforms.

• High attention to detail in editing, sound design, motion graphics, and visual quality.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity about stock markets, investing, wealth creation, and financial education.

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience editing content in finance, fintech, investing, business, or education.

• Advanced motion graphics and animation skills.

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or content-first brands.

• Strong colour grading and sound design abilities.

• Understanding of YouTube analytics, audience retention metrics, and content performance.
