About the Role
We're looking for a B2B Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team and help bring Pepper's brand, products, customer stories, and thought leadership initiatives to life through compelling video content. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content for professional audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, webinars, case studies, product marketing, and demand-generation campaigns.
Location: Marol, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality B2B marketing videos, including customer success stories, product explainers, thought leadership content, webinars, podcasts, and social media videos.
- Create engaging video content tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with content marketers, designers, performance marketers, and leadership teams to develop impactful visual narratives.
- Translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling video content.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
- Optimize videos for lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
- Maintain consistency with Pepper's brand guidelines and visual identity across all video assets.
- Stay updated on B2B content trends, video formats, AI tools, and platform best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, content marketing, or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, brand, social media, or business-focused video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools.
- Experience creating videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, webinars, podcasts, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered video editing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with B2B brands, SaaS companies, marketing agencies, or content platforms is highly preferred.
