About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our team. This is primarily an editing-focused individual contributor role, ideal for someone who is strong in post-production, motion graphics, and practical use of AI tools, and is also comfortable handling video shoots when required.

The role is best suited for someone who can edit high-quality performance-driven videos, create useful visual elements like intros, outros, transitions, and motion assets, and support the creative team through strong hands-on execution.

Specifically, this role will involve:

Editing high-quality videos for ads, social media, YouTube, landing pages, and brand campaigns.

Handling complete post-production, including cutting, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, and final polishing.

Creating visual elements such as intros, outros, lower thirds, motion graphics, reusable templates, and branded graphic elements for videos.

Supporting the team by building clean and reusable creative assets that improve the quality and speed of video production.

Using AI tools to improve editing workflows, visual enhancement, clean-up, background support, and creative execution.

Shooting videos 2 days a week when required, including product shoots, office shoots, creator shoots, and brand content.

Working closely with the creative and marketing teams to convert concepts into engaging and performance-focused video assets.

Managing footage, organizing project files properly, and delivering work on time while maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidate will have:

Strong hands-on experience in video editing for performance ads, UGC ads, and branded videos.

A strong video editor first, with the ability to also handle shoots when required

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, retention-driven editing, and visual aesthetics

Has a sharp eye for video quality, platform-specific content, and creative output.

Good understanding of camera framing, lighting, shot composition, and video production setup.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or a related fieldpreferred.
