Job Description

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Conceptualize and produce short-form video assets for sales, social media, website, and conference campaigns.
  • Assemble camera footage and raw material into a finished product that's suitable for various distribution platforms, including digital, website, and broadcast.
  • Maintain brand integrity to ensure a consistent look and feel across internal and external communications.
  • Deliver video projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate project status with the Senior Manager, Multimedia or Senior Director, Creative & Brand, as well as project managers, product teams, and project owners.
  • Manage priorities with multiple deadlines and high volume.
  • Work collaboratively with remote colleagues.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation at a production company, in-house marketing group, or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing narrative video content, motion graphics, and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Advanced knowledge of lighting, color correction, typography, branding, and layout design to maintain visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for B2B or public sector marketing.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D) is a plus.
