Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics - Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphics - Video Editor will concept, design, and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, brand videos, and other digital assets. Responsibilities include editing raw video footage, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and optimized for various platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and refine edits based on feedback. The Motion Graphics - Video Editor will also manage project timelines, maintain organized file structures, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in motion design and video editing using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related software.
• Experience creating graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, including social media, web, and paid campaigns.
• Ability to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and basic scripts in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
• Understanding of sound design, basic audio editing, and synchronization of audio with visuals.
• Knowledge of aspect ratios, codecs, exports, and formats for different channels and devices.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work across different formats and styles.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Design, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content marketing and growth-focused campaigns is a plus.
