The Vibe

We are looking for a Visual Wizard - someone who can edit a great story and make it pop with smooth animation. We don't just want cuts. We want Kinetic Typography, smooth transitions, and visual eye candy that keeps the viewer glued to the screen.

If you know the difference between Linear and Easy Ease keyframes, and if your timeline looks like a complex work of art, we want you.

What You Will Create

• High-Retention Edits: You will combine fast-paced editing with motion graphics to create Reels/Shorts that stand out in the feed.
• Kinetic Typography: You can animate text to emphasize key points (like the style of Alex Hormozi or Vox), making the video dynamic and readable without sound.
• Custom Assets: You won't just use stock templates. You can animate our logo, create custom lower-thirds, and design unique transitions.
• Explainer Visuals: You can take a complex concept (like AI or Marketing) and visualize it using icons and motion.

The Stack (Must Haves)

• The Editor: Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
• The Motion:Adobe After Effects (This is non-negotiable). You need to be comfortable with keyframing, masking, and tracking.
• The Design: Photoshop / Illustrator (to prep files for animation).

Who We Are Looking For

• You Hate Static: You believe that if nothing is moving on screen for 5 seconds, the viewer is bored.
• Rhythm & Flow: Your animations match the beat of the music. You understand that motion graphics is about timing, not just movement.
• Template Breaker: While you use templates for speed, you know how to customize them so they don't look like templates.

Bonus Points If:

• You know 3D basics (Blender/Cinema 4D).
• You have experience with Paper Rip or Collage style animations.
