About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor + Graphic Designer who can turn raw clips and content ideas into engaging visual stories that represent the Collect brand. You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms that educate, entertain, and connect with our audience of small business owners.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content — who scrolls reels not just for fun but to understand what works and why.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form videos (reels, YouTube shorts, explainers, product snippets) that capture attention and communicate clearly.
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, podcasts) into engaging short-form pieces.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and sound design to make videos more impactful.
• Collaborate with the social media and creative team to brainstorm new content formats.
• Stay up to date with content trends, transitions, memes, and editing styles that perform well.
• Maintain a consistent visual tone and quality aligned with Collect's brand.

What We're Looking For

• Strong command of editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve).
• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media dynamics.
• Creative mindset — you should love experimenting with new formats, effects, and transitions.
• Attention to detail — from color grading to audio balancing.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics or After Effects.
