Video Editor and Content Writer

Perfect Clicks LLC is a leading digital media company based in the USA. We are looking for a hard-working, Video Editor Intern to join our small, close-knit marketing team. In this role, you will edit short-form and long-form videos for our client social media accountsmaintaining quality branding and style standards. You will also get the opportunity to build your editing skills as you add music, graphic animations, and special effects to create engaging final products.

Since SEO content is the foundation of our business's marketing deliverables, you'll also be responsible for writing content in this role. You'll write high quality blog posts and articles for a wide range of niches, including forex, proprietary trading, wealth management, hospitality, music therapy, pain management, finance, construction, food and restaurants, and more. You'll also write on a wide range of different topics including bonds, commodities, cryptocurrencies, stock CFDs, ETFs, forex, indices, and options.

We will train you to ensure articles are user-friendly and up-to-date with the latest SEO guidelines. You will also conduct in-depth market and brand research to recommend keywords and drive content strategies. Importantly, we write content using research only, and we have a strict policy against using AI for content writing. In this role, you will be required to research, evaluate, and analyze complex information on your own, without the use of any AI tools.

We service high-traffic financial websites, e-commerce retailers, media companies, digital agencies, startups, small businesses, as well as government agencies and enterprise clients. LOCATION: Virtual

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM EST to 5 PM EST

SALARY: 4-6 LPA

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills
• Degree in or degree in progress in Film, Marketing, Production, English, Design, Computer Science, or other relevant field
• Experience and familiarity with video editing tools including but not limited to Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong attention to detail and editing
• Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a company

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write 1-2 blog posts per day leveraging Perfect Clicks's content writing process
• Produce short-form and long-form videos for client social media accounts
• Splice footage for smooth segments and sequences
• Input audio, graphic effects, and animation to enhance footage and drive engagement
• Edit lighting, color, and timing to meet deliverable requirements
• Implement client branding to maintain seamless experiences across digital platforms
• Maintain high quality marketing deliverables for social media platforms and websites
• Execute revisions based on client and senior feedback
• Collaborate regularly with marketing teams and senior management to strategize video projects and write content
• Research and implement new editing tools, trends, and practices to maintain industry standards
• Develop an intimate understanding of brand messages to capture in video form
