• Asset Management: Organize media assets and maintain a streamlined, fast-paced production workflow.

• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro).
• Platform Fluent: Deep understanding of current social media trends, hook mechanics, and platform-specific formats.
• Creative Eye: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and modern aesthetic standards (cinematic text, transitions, and framing).
• Execution: Ability to follow brand guidelines, implement performance feedback, and meet tight deadlines with sharp attention to detail.
