Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video editing for social, web, and broadcast platforms—from raw footage to final export with branding, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Collaborate with directors and content strategists to align edits with brand voice, campaign goals, and platform-specific best practices.
- Optimize videos for performance across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta Feeds—including aspect ratios, pacing, and captioning.
- Apply color grading, audio mixing, and motion elements using industry-standard tools to elevate visual and sonic quality.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and backup workflows to ensure seamless handoffs and revisions.
- Train junior editors on best practices, templates, and efficiency workflows to scale team output without compromising quality.
