Our team ships high-impact social, advertising, and brand films—from concept to final cut—on tight deadlines, blending creative vision with technical precision. We thrive on dynamic workflows, evolving trends, and delivering videos that stop scrolls and drive engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video editing for social, web, and broadcast platforms—from raw footage to final export with branding, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Collaborate with directors and content strategists to align edits with brand voice, campaign goals, and platform-specific best practices.
• Optimize videos for performance across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta Feeds—including aspect ratios, pacing, and captioning.
• Apply color grading, audio mixing, and motion elements using industry-standard tools to elevate visual and sonic quality.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and backup workflows to ensure seamless handoffs and revisions.
• Train junior editors on best practices, templates, and efficiency workflows to scale team output without compromising quality.
