Role Description

We are seeking a skilled video editor who can transform ideas into powerful visual stories that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate understands pacing, narrative, and audience psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, and campaigns
• Build clear, compelling storylines aligned with brand messaging
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design to enhance impact
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize video content from brief to final output
• Ensure content resonates with mass and rural audiences

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video editing for B2C brands
• Strong portfolio with campaign-driven and storytelling-focused videos
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Understanding of short-form video trends and performance marketing
• Ability to translate scripts/ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Must own a high-performance laptop/workstation capable of handling video editing and rendering (BYOD model)
• Access to reliable high-speed internet for seamless collaboration
