Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-orientedSenior Video Editor & Motion Designerwho can deliver industry-standard video content while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, creative storytelling, and shoot planning, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior editors.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit high-quality videos aligned with industry and brand standards.
- Work on corporate films, employer branding videos, testimonials, event videos, and promotional content.
- Ensure strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics across all projects.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Motion Graphics & Visual Design
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual elements.
- Design high-end motion content for corporate presentations, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with modern animation techniques, typography trends, and visual storytelling styles.
Creative Ideation & Shoot Planning
- Conceptualize creative ideas for employer branding, testimonial videos, and event coverage.
- Plan and execute video shoots with unique and creative camera angles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
Social Media & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and content strategies.
- Adapt video and motion content for multiple digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Team Leadership & Project Management
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior editors and motion designers.
- Allocate tasks and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project timelines and expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
- Excellent storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Experience in corporate and brand-driven content creation.
- Strong understanding of camera techniques, framing, and shoot execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate brands or agencies.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and advanced post-production techniques.
- Understanding of social media content optimization and digital marketing trends.
