Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kursi Road, Lucknow for a Video Editor & AI Video Creator at HAPDCO. The day-to-day responsibilities include creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content tailored to the company's needs.

Qualifications:

Edit videos for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Ads

Create AI-generated videos

Add transitions, captions, effects, background music, and sound design

Convert scripts, images, or ideas into engaging video content

Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, duration, hooks)

Stay updated with AI video trends and propose creative ideas

Collaborate with marketing and design teams

Required Skills:

Basic to intermediate video editing skills

Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or Filmora

Familiarity with AI video generation tools

Understanding of social media video formats and trends

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have:

Motion graphics or animation basics

Experience with AI image tools such as Midjourney or DALLE

Understanding of storytelling and ad creatives

Portfolio or sample video work (personal or professional)
