About The Role
We're looking for a creative powerhouse who lives at the intersection of AI-driven filmmaking, motion design, and viral content creation. You'll own our visual storytelling end to end — from concept to final render — using the latest generative AI tools to produce scroll-stopping short-form and long-form content that resonates with today's audiences.
This isn't a traditional design role. You'll experiment daily with cutting-edge AI video, image, and audio platforms; push creative boundaries; and set the visual tone for our brand across social media, campaigns, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Video Production: Conceptualise, storyboard, and produce high-quality short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form video content using AI filmmaking tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Pika, and similar platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Design: Create dynamic motion graphics, animated explainers, title sequences, and visual effects that elevate brand storytelling.
- Generative AI Mastery: Leverage tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Freepik AI, and LunaLabs for image generation, style transfer, and creative asset production.
- AI Audio & Voice: Produce professional voiceovers, sound design, and audio-synced content using ElevenLabs and similar AI voice/audio platforms.
- Content Strategy & Trends: Stay ahead of new-age content trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging AI tools. Translate cultural moments into engaging visual narratives.
- End-to-End Editing: Handle professional-grade editing workflows in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut — with an emphasis on pacing, storytelling, and platform-native formats.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all creative outputs, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable aesthetic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and social media teams to align creative output with campaign goals and business objectives.

What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in video production, motion design, or creative content creation.
- Proven portfolio showcasing AI-generated video, motion graphics, and visual content.
- Hands-on experience with at least 3–4 AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, LunaLabs, Freepik AI, or similar).
- Exceptional editing skills — strong sense of pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of short-form content mechanics (hooks, retention, CTAs) and long-form narrative structure.
- An eye for design, typography, colour, and composition that translates across formats.
- Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects with tight turnarounds.
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait for briefs; you spot opportunities and run with them.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) or game engines (Unreal, Unity) for real-time visuals.
- Background in filmmaking, cinematography, or film school training.
- Understanding of ComfyUI, Automatic1111, or other Stable Diffusion workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python, JavaScript) for creative pipelines.
- Published content with 100K+ views on social platforms.
