About Crivey Crivey is an AI-powered UGC marketplace connecting D2C brands with verified content creators. You'll be one of the first hires on the team — what you create will directly represent the brand.

What You'll Own
- Edit and produce daily short form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Create UGC-style video ads for Crivey
- Use AI tools to produce and enhance video content at speed
- Work closely with the social media team to align content with outreach and campaigns
- Study what's working in Indian D2C and ecom content and bring those formats in-house
- Maintain a consistent output of 1-2 videos per day minimum
Skills You Must Have
- Short form video editing — you live and breathe Reels and Shorts
- CapCut Desktop— advanced level, not just basic cuts
- AI video tools — Veo3, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Claude Skills and similar
- UGC-style editing — raw, authentic, creator-feel content that doesn't look like an ad
- You know what a viral hook looks like in the first 3 seconds and you can build one
- You understand pacing, captions, sound design, and trending formats
Bonus Skills
- Experience editing performance marketing ads — not just organic content
- Has edited for a D2C brand or creator before
- Has a portfolio of content that actually got views
What We're Looking For
- You're obsessed with short form content — you study viral videos, not just watch them
- You move fast — same day turnarounds don't stress you out
- You take creative ownership — you don't wait to be told what's trending
- You're comfortable with AI tools and excited to learn new ones as they drop
- Portfolio or past work is mandatory — we will not interview without it
You're NOT right for this if:
- Your portfolio is only long form or corporate videos
- You need 3 days to deliver a 60-second reel
- You've never edited a UGC or creator-style video before
Compensation ₹25,000/month during 3-month probation - Confirmation and salary revision based on performance at end of Month 3
