About the Role
We're looking for a skilled AI Video Editor to join our in-house creative team, supporting performance marketing across our brand portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of creative craft and cutting-edge AI tools — you'll be producing, iterating, and optimizing video assets specifically built to perform on paid social channels, primarily Meta.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce short-form video ads (15–60s) for Meta, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Use AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, etc.) to accelerate production and creative variation
- Repurpose long-form brand or UGC content into multiple ad-ready format
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand what's working and iterate creatives based on data
- Work with brief formats to produce multiple hooks/angles from a single source asset
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of video editing experience, with a portfolio that includes paid social content
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, Sora, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus
- Strong instinct for pacing, hooks, and what makes short-form video convert
- Comfortable working in a performance-led environment — you understand ROAS, CTR, and why creative testing matters
- Self-starter who can manage multiple asset requests and turnarounds simultaneously
Good to Have
- Experience with beauty, wellness, or DTC brand content
- Familiarity with Meta's creative best practices (aspect ratios, safe zones, first-3-second rule)
- Basic motion graphics capability
