We're looking for a visual storyteller someone who thinks like a filmmaker and moves like a reel creator.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and visualize short-form content, think Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, short ads.
- Conceptualize shots, camera angles, mood, energy of the video that is going to be edited.
- Edit fast-paced, engaging videos for brand campaigns, social media, and marketing ads.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI tools (RunwayML, Pika Labs, generative VFX, auto-editors) into your workflow.
- Stay sharp with the latest editing styles, visual trends, and formats.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content strategists to maintain a strong visual identity.
Must-Have Skills:
- Editing mastery in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong visual sense shot planning, transitions, pace, story arcs.
- Comfort using AI tools like RunwayML, Pika Labs, and prompt-based video tools.
- Passion for cinematic ad-style editing, but adapted for social platforms (fast, sharp, emotional).
- Quick learner attitude ready to adapt styles depending on the brand voice.
Bonus:
- Experience shooting small shoots (phone/DSLR), storyboarding, or motion graphics is a huge plus.
- Interest in meme culture, pop culture, trends, and making content that sticks.
