Video Editor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to oversee end-to-end video production for our marketing and brand initiatives. You will play a key role in translating complex ideas into engaging video content that strengthens our brand presence and supports marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

  • Edit high-quality video content, including testimonials, product explainers, walkthroughs, social media videos, and promotional films.
  • Create engaging narratives using clean edits, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
  • Add motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and clarity.
  • Optimise videos for different platforms (social media, website, ads, presentations, exhibitions).
  • Maintain reusable project templates, formats, and workflows for speed + consistency.

Graphic Design & Social Media Management

  • Design marketing assets for social posts, creative ads and exhibition collaterals.
  • Own social media publishing: scheduling, posting, basic community coordination (comments/DM routing as per process).
  • Build and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar tied to launches, campaigns, events, and performance marketing needs.
  • Design marketing collateral beyond social when required: brochures, one-pagers, presentation assets, event creatives.
  • Track and report performance: reach, engagement, saves/shares, follower growth, top formats, and suggest improvements.

Asset Management

  • Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's visual identity, tone, and quality standards.
  • Maintain organised video assets, project files, and templates for efficient reuse and consistency.
  • Continuously refine video formats and styles to evolve the brand's video presence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a content role where you've delivered video + design + social media execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video edits, motion graphics, graphic design work, and social channel outputs.
  • Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (must-have).
  • Design tools: Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma/Canva (any strong combination).
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, basic audio, motion principles, and platform formats.
  • Comfortable working independently with strong ownership, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: B2B / manufacturing / agri-tech experience; basic shooting direction; understanding of ad creatives.
  • In-depth understanding of AI tools, focusing on optimisation, standardisation and automation of recurring daily workflows.
