We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media and long-form platforms.

The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, viewer psychology, and platform-specific editing styles (Reels, Shorts, YouTube long-form). You should be able to create both high-retention short videos and structured educational long-form content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Short-Form Content (Reels / Shorts)

·       Create high-engagement 30–45 second vertical videos

·       Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds

·       Highlight key steps or techniques with fast-paced editing

·       Add clean, readable text overlays and callouts

·       Maintain visual consistency and dynamic pacing

·       Optimize content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

·       Long-Form Content (YouTube – 10 Minutes+)

Structure educational videos with clear flow:

·       Introduction

o   Tools required

o   Step-by-step process

o   Common mistakes

o   Conclusion

·       Use smooth transitions and logical sequencing

·       Add chapter titles, graphics, and labels

·       Ensure clean audio and optional background music

·       Maintain professional storytelling and viewer retention

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

·       Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (or similar)

·       Strong understanding of vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats

·       Knowledge of:

o   Motion graphics basics

o   Text animation

o   Audio balancing

o   Color correction

·       Ability to deliver:

o   1080p minimum quality

o   MP4 export format

·       Understanding of social media retention strategies

·       Good visual design sense (typography & layout)
