Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Understand project briefs and collaborate with teams to plan visual content for campaigns, events, or storytelling.
- Shoot high-quality video footage during field visits, interviews, training sessions, and events.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio during on-ground shoots for a professional look.
- Capture Impactful B-rolls and visual storytelling elements that reflect the organization's work.
- Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) with transitions, subtitles, and branding.
- Create content for multiple platforms: Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and internal use.
- Compress, format, and export videos in platform-appropriate sizes (horizontal/vertical, MP4, etc.).
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage and edited content for easy future access.
- Collaborate closely with the communications/HR/ops team to ensure messaging and tone align with the organization's vision.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos and be open to feedback for revisions and improvements.
