Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Organization: Sorting raw footage, syncing audio, and managing folder structures.
Briefing: Reviewing scripts and storyboards to understand the hook of each video.
The Cut: Removing filler words and dead air to create a fast-paced rough cut.
Visual Flair: Adding kinetic captions, B-roll, overlays, and brand-consistent transitions.
Sound Design: Layering background music and SFX (whooshes, pops) to boost engagement.
Platform Formatting: Resizing content for specific ratios (9:16 for Reels, 16:9 for YouTube).
Quality Control: Triple-checking for typos in captions and ensuring no UI elements (like the Like button) block the visuals.
Thumbnails: Creating quick, high-CTR cover images.
Trend Sourcing: Spotting trending audio/formats on IG/TikTok to apply to your brand.
Revisions: Implementing feedback and exporting final versions for publishing.
