Role Overview:
One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to work on a contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to train advanced AI models and make a meaningful impact on the future of manufacturing technology. As a contractor, you will work remotely and collaborate with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level insights and feedback to improve AI model understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and compliance standards
• Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets
• Analyze complex manufacturing scenarios to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for AI training purposes
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality
• Develop and implement process optimizations and lean manufacturing techniques to improve manufacturing efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Process optimization and lean manufacturing expertise
• Quality control and compliance experience
• Technical and equipment expertise in manufacturing
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
