This role requires a strong eye for visual narrative, editing precision, and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging content that resonates with modern audiences.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment and capable of producing polished, high-quality edits that align with brand communication and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video content for brand campaigns, creator collaborations, and marketing initiatives.
Transform raw footage into engaging video narratives with strong pacing, visual flow, and storytelling.
Create compelling edits optimized for short-form and long-form digital content formats.
Adapt and repurpose content into multiple versions, formats, and aspect ratios as required for campaigns.
Enhance video content with motion graphics, dynamic transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and visual effects where necessary.
Perform professional color correction, color grading, and audio balancing to ensure high production quality.
Collaborate closely with creative strategists, campaign managers, and content teams to execute campaign concepts effectively.
Ensure consistency in visual quality, style, and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized project files and editing workflows to support efficient collaboration across teams.
Stay updated with evolving video formats, editing techniques, and content trends.
Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in video editing within a creative, media, or marketing environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and modern editing styles.
Experience working on branded content and campaign-based video projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished edits under tight timelines.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful video outputs.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video edits and creative storytelling.
