Overview:
We're looking for a creative and strategic Content & Online Community Manager to lead brand visibility, audience engagement, and content-driven growth for Swa Artisanal Syrups. The role combines digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and on-ground brand building to create a strong and loyal community around natural beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan and produce multimedia content across video, blogs, podcasts, and social media
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers and editors (inhouse or freelancers) to create engaging visual assets (photos, videos, graphics, reels).
- Develop authentic, story-driven content reflecting brand ethos, product use, and customer experiences.
Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
- Identify and onboard relevant creators, mixologists, and lifestyle influencers.
- Oversee outreach, scripting, partnership deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Drive co-branded content initiatives such as limited-edition flavours, testimonials, and social campaigns.
Campaigns & Advertising
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal or product-specific content and ads across Meta and other performance channels as per Marketing Priorities.
- Work with designers to produce ad creatives and promotional content tailored to campaign goals.
Events & Sales Collaterals
- Coordinate design and production of event assets including standees, posters, backdrops, and display materials.
- Create supporting marketing tools such as brochures, menus, and product leaflets.
- FInd and manage vendors for Brand related collaterals like printers, bar kits for sales staff etc.
Community Building & Engagement
- Develop and manage online community touchpoints (WhatsApp, email groups, or engagement forums).
- Plan and host masterclasses in collaboration with mixologists for brand advocacy and audience retention.
- Monitor community insights, feedback, and engagement metrics to guide content improvements.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare regular reports for management outlining the ROI of content efforts, identifying what content drives the most leads or brand engagement.
- Distribute allocated funds effectively across different content types (e.g., video production, paid social boosting, graphic design tools, or influencer collaborations).
- Estimate the cost of producing content, including resources and freelance support, and optimize expenditures to maximize output quality.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in content marketing, brand communication, or community management.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, storytelling, and visual design.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Interest in food, beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience coordinating shoots or influencer collaborations.
- Comfort with video ideation and storyboarding.
