Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Creator and Editor to join our Group Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will play a key role in creating dynamic, high-quality videos that engages audiences across social media, web, and promotional campaigns.

This is a hybrid office-remote position, enabling collaboration with teams globally.

Key responsibilities

Video creativity, video editing, and motion graphics:

  • Give your input and expertise on how to best approach video content.
  • Conceptualise, design, and edit high-quality videos, including edition, motion graphics, animations, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging video content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns, including explainer videos, product launches, event highlights, and brand storytelling.
  • Develop visually compelling transitions, effects, supers and animations to enhance video content.
  • Design and animate purpose-driven on-screen graphics, including typography, icons, and other visual elements, always with brand guidelines alignment.

Illustration and Animation:

  • Create custom illustrations and vector artwork for use in animated videos and motion projects.
  • Animate characters, objects, and other graphic elements to support storytelling.

Editing and Post-Production:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content, ensuring professional-grade quality and pacing.
  • Apply colour grading, sound effects, and music to finalise video projects.
  • Manage post-production workflows to optimise project efficiency.

Content Optimisation for Digital Platforms:

  • Adapt motion content to suit various platforms, including vertical formats for mobile, short-form content for social media, and long-form videos for web.
  • Stay informed of current trends in video edition and motion design and digital marketing to ensure content remains innovative and impactful.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand project objectives and translate them into engaging video content.
  • Liaise with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies, if required, to deliver high-quality motion graphics and video projects.
  • Maintain a content archive and ensure seamless organisation of video and motion assets.
  • Create templates to be able to share with other internal teams.

Skills, qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Audiovisual creation, video edition, Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production and motion graphics, ideally in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in video production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools. Proficiency in more accessible software, like Canva.
  • Strong creative and aesthetic view.
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience in sound editing and incorporating audio elements into video projects.
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
