Produce a set number of high-quality videos per week/month (e.g., 48 videos/month)
Ensure videos meet defined quality standards (resolution, audio, editing)
Maintain consistency in storytelling, style, and brand voice
Channel Growth & Audience Development
Grow subscribers/followers by a target percentage (e.g., 1020% quarterly)
Increase average views per video month-over-month
Expand reach to new audience segments or demographics
Engagement & Community Building
Achieve a target engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
Respond to comments and foster community interaction
Build and maintain an active, loyal viewer community
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals
Research trends, keywords, and competitor content regularly
Pitch and execute new content ideas and formats
SEO & Discoverability
Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for search
Improve click-through rate (CTR) on video thumbnails
Grow organic traffic and impressions from search/recommendations
Collaboration & Brand Partnerships
Identify and execute brand deals or sponsorships (if applicable)
Collaborate with other creators, influencers, or internal teams
Deliver sponsored content on time and per brand guidelines
Analytics & Performance Review
Track and report key metrics (views, watch time, retention, CTR)
Analyze what content performs best and optimize strategy accordingly
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly performance benchmarks
Timeliness & Workflow
Deliver videos on schedule per the content calendar
Manage end-to-end production (shoot, edit, upload) within deadlines
Maintain an organized asset library (footage, graphics, scripts)
