This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Video Conference Specialist. The role involves managing and supporting video conference systems, scheduling meetings, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication for users. The specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and providing training or support to end-users on video conferencing tools and features.

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting video conferencing systems and software
• Strong technical understanding of audio-visual equipment and related technologies
• Good communication, problem-solving, and client interaction skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams
• Experience in IT infrastructure or a related technical field
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-standard video conferencing platforms is a plus
